Manager - Business Development in praxis technologies -private jobs-IT jobs
Job profile:
Generating qualified business opportunities (RFP/RFQ/RFB) across lines of businesses
Setting up processes, metrics & training the team of business development executives
Hunting new accounts by research, cold calling
Engaging prospects through telephone/Email/web conferencing
Defining & structuring Praxis value proposition for each client requirement
Managing & presenting prototype & pilots
Creation of pre-sales materials & reports
Working closely with the sales & delivery organization to close a deal
Building & maintaining relationships with the clients - being a brand ambassador
Building sales pipeline for future sales engagements
Eligibility:
MBA Marketing / Systems from reputed institutes
3-4 yrs of experience in IT/ BPO services pre-sales /sales /business development / solution development & marketing
At least 1yrs of experience in leading a team of inside sales executives - calling Global 2000 companies across North America & Europe
Minimum of 2yrs of experience in inside sales targeted for North America & Europe
