Key Responsibilities: - Conducts and coordinates independent planning of tests for assigned areas and may contribute to testing strategy. - Facilitates the gathering of information required for test planning. This includes obtaining required documentation, scheduling planning and discussion meetings, collating appropriate information, and other forms of research. - Acts as a technical expert in at least one area of Performance automation on assigned projects or in functional automation. - Execute test cases as planned as defined for project. Enters clearly described defects when applicable. - Routinely isolates the root cause of a defect. - Research on emerging technologies and apply to testing. - A team player who can work efficiently with cross location teams.
