5. Work in tandem with the team to plan and coordinate business generation activities.
6. Maintain existing business relationships through continuous client follow up, responding to client inquiries and resolving problems on their behalf.
7. Understand the requirements of the customer and map it to the available service of the organization or to the expertise and skills within the organization
8. Identifies the business requirements and needs of the clients and servicing them effectively.
9. Innovative and keen to identify new business opportunities.
10. Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis
