Qualification:-:­ A candidate for being eligible ­
(a)   minimum passed S.S.C. Board Examination. Preference will, however, be given to Graduate and Law Graduates of any Recognized University in any faculty.

(b)   must  have  passed  Government  Commercial  Certificate Examination,  or examination  conducted by Government Board or I. T. I of Shorthand speed of 100 words per minute and minimum English  typing speed of  40  words  per minute  and Marathi Typing with speed of 30 w.p.m. and Marathi Shorthand speed of 80 w.p.m.
Knowledge :   must possess Computer knowledge Certificate of   any of   the following Institutes :

 a)     DOEACC
 b)     University
 c)     C­DAC
 d)     MS­CIT
 e)     Vocational Course – State Government
 f)     Vocational Course – Central Government 
 g)     ITI – Central Government
 h)     ITI – State Government
 i)     Technical Board.

Age   : a)      Should not be less than 18 years and more than 33 years of age in case of General  category and 38 years in case of candidates  belonging  to Scheduled  Caste, Scheduled  Tribe,  Other Backward Class  or  Special Backward Class specified for the time being by the Government of Maharashtra on 08.07.2013.

b)      The upper age limit prescribed for recruitment is relaxed upto 45 years in  case of  physically  handicapped  persons  in  view  of  Government Resolution  No. SRV 1077/3576/1433/16­A  dated 23.05.1978, if they are otherwise suitable and have the necessary capacity to perform the duties of the posts.

8 July 2013      - Detailed   advertisement   on  Bombay  High  Court  website. Applications will be received on­line since 8.00 a.m.

22 July 2013  -   Link of detailed advertisement will be disabled at 5.30 pm.

29 July 2013  - Publication of list of shortlisted eligible candidates on website

 29 - 31 July 2013-  Principal  District Judges shall  intimate High Court regarding names and capacity of examination centres.

 29 to 2 Aug 2013-   Shortlisted  candidate  shall  tender  printout  of  form  to  the concern District Court where he is shortlisted.

3 to 10 Aug 2013 -  On­line generation of hall tickets to the candidates.
18 aug 2013 -  Screening  test of  candidates  for  the post of  Jr. Clerks  and peons

2 Sep 2013 -  .Result of screening test.

29 Sep 2013 -  Local language Typing test for the post of Jr. Clerks, checking and result.

06 oct 2013  - Test of activeness and cleaning the premises by candidates for the post of peons with result on the same day.

12 oct 2013 -   English  Typing  test for  the post of Jr. Clerks,  checking  and result on the same day.

20 oct 2013 -  English and local language dictation test for the post of Stenographers  (LG), papers checking  and result  on the same day.

 27 Oct 2013 - Local language typing test for the post of Stenographers (LG) after result immediately English typing test result on the same day.

Within two weeks (day to day)- Interviews for all posts.

Within one week from the last interview -  Final lists shall be prepared and submitted to the High Court for approval. Thereafter it shall be published.
