7. How to apply :- The duly filled up application must be sent through registered post/ speed post only to Senior Manager (HR) North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd., Patna, Vidyut Bhawan, Bailey Road, Patna - 800 001 with the following enclosures latest by 08.07.2013:
a. Application must accompany three resent passport size photograph out of which on should be pasted on the space provided on the application form and other two self signed photographs should be properly enclosed.
b. Self attested, legible and clear photocopy of the following certificates and mark sheets shall

i. Certificate of Matriculation in support of age and Graduation certificate/mark sheet. ii. Certificate of CA/ ICWA (as applicable),
iii. Caste and Creamy Layer Certificate issued by competent authority, if reservation benefit is claimed,
