2. Scale of Pay : (1) Regular : Rs.15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs.7,600,
(2) Deputation: Emoluments will be as per usual terms and conditions of the lending authorities; and
(3) Contractual: Shall be determined on case-to-case basis considering the last pay drawn by the person minus pension and other aspects or may be fixed in the above Pay Band, as admissible, as the management decides.

4. Educational /Eligibility :Fellow/Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. LLB/LLM would be added advantage.
Experience :-Minimum post-qualification experience in the relevant fields required is 10 years in the organizations of repute. Experience of working in Central/ State Government companies is desirable, but not essential.
6. Age : (1) Regular – 40, (2) Deputation – 50, (3) Contractual – 63 as on 01.01.2013. Relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ST/ex- service personnel and departmental candidates only on regular and deputation basis.
