Act as a focal point of HR Contact for all issues concerning assigned business unit. Constantly stays in touch with the Employees at all levels of the assigned Business Unit and proactively suggests solutions for HR issues diagnosed from time to time. Implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures. Planning and implementation of HR initiatives at the Unit level. Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes Maintain the online HR Portal and employee database Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness Desired Profile Bachelors degree in any discipline and Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management/Business administration with Human Resource specialization. 0 1 years of experience in Generalist HR operational role from Medium/large sized organizations. Experience from BPO/KPO/ITES is most desirable. Skills and Competencies Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
