Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 1,75,000 P.A
Description:-
Conduct training programs for new hire and refresher trainings based on the AOI (Internal/External Audits).
Conduct training on new products implemented in co-ordination with client SPOC.
Bridge the Soft skill related issues of associates on an ongoing basis by conducting regular refreshers and coming out with the training program.
Calibrate regularly with Operations and Quality to understand the changing requirements.
Generate and publish training related MIS.
Update /Create Process/Training Manuals whenever required.
Motivating each Team Member, guiding, monitoring their performance and implemention Corrective actions as required.
Identify the knowledge gaps, process gaps & Language gaps and ensure documentation of the work flow process as per ISO.
Ability to do a Root causes analysis and action planning.
Leadership skills, Good analytical & reasoning skills, working knowledge of MS Office applications, excellent communication / interaction skills.
Familiarize & adhere to TBSS's information security & quality policies and standards that relate to one's work.
Protecting the confidentiality and integrity of information (client/business related) used in course of work at all time including but not limited to user ids & passwords.
Ensure that critical data in the folders where it can be backed up & same is informed to Technology.
